Avaya closes partnership with NetService and strengthens operations in the southeast and northeast

Avaya, a global provider of communication software, collaboration and services for companies of all sizes, is the newest business partner of NetService, which consolidated the complete company portfolio for Networking and collaboration, including the mobile videoconference solution and IP telephone system. For Avaya, the partnership means another step in its strategy of regional expansion, strengthening its operations in the Southeast and northeast regions, mainly in the States of Minas Gerais and Espírito Santo.

According to Anderson Barbosa, Business Development Manager of NetService, the expectation is that the alliance generates an increase of 15% of its customer base. “Avaya is an experienced company, consolidated, which excels at developing high-quality solutions, as well as NetService, has total focus on the client. We are very pleased with the partnership and sure that it will bring great results, “he says. To face the demand, NetService invested in an intense training schedule of their pre and post sales teams on Avaya solutions.

Márcia Golfetti, Director of Avaya Channels Brazil highlights this specialization as one of the great advantages of the new partnership. “Southeast and Northeast are two extremely strategic markets, and to deliver high quality projects that meets the needs of our customers it is necessary to attract qualified partners who are familiar with our solutions, providing a complete and efficient service”, she concludes.
