After a disputed auction, the NetService secured the continuity of the provision of network integration services for data, voice and Telephone at the Administrative City), what was being done since 2009.
To ensure this conquest, the commercial team has worked since January with Cisco Company, in order to ensure the best trading conditions. “For this new contract we presented to the customer, points of improvement making periodic meetings and involving the manufacturers with new technologies available,” explains account manager Mauricio Silva. “This victory shows us that we are on the right track in the relationship and that we can add value in challenging projects”, he adds. The new contract lasts until July 2017 and, until then, beyond supply, NetService will be responsible for the updating of the approximately 12 thousand currently installed equipment, ensuring high availability, integration, and ease of management.
Understand the project
In the first stage of project implementation, closed in 2009, was defined the network design and how the technologies provided by Cisco equipment, purchased by the customer, would be implemented. Once this is done, began the gradual deployment of the solutions, as users of the administrative City took their working places in the new headquarters. From the monitoring center, installed at NetService’s headquarters, technical teams are able to follow and monitor the equipment which allows predicting its availability for up to 12 months.
